  • We provide a one-year warranty, during which on-call support is available. You may also opt to enter into an operations service contract. When an AMHS system upgrade is requested, we first conduct a preliminary assessment before making necessary recommendations.

  • The implementation requires six steps: requirements gathering, site assessment, action item development, implementation, integration & testing, and stabilization. Typically, the estimated period is six months but may vary depending on the scale, industry, location, etc.

  • Our solution supports standard interfaces for integration with third party controller and hardware. We have multiple references of such implementation where compatibility was provided.
