1. Scope

This End of Technical Support Policy ("Policy") is effective as of July. 1th, 2024, and applies to all SingleID(On-Premise) software ("Product"). This policy defines the final date of the technical support available for the Product purchased by Customers.

The term "Product" refers to the whole or a specific version of SingleID(On-Premise) product group. This Policy supersedes all prior or contemporaneous policies related to the end of Technical Support.

Samsung SDS reserves the right to alter, change, and modify this Policy and its conditions at its sole discretion. Samsung SDS can post at any time on its website any applicable information related to this Policy such as the termination dates, termination plan of Technical Support, applicable product listings and other necessary information.

(1) End of Sales (EoS) Date
- Sales of new licensee or additional license for existing customers will be terminated from the date applicable (EoS date).
(2) End of Technical Support (EoTS) Date
- The technical support for Product will be terminated from the date applicable (EoTS date).
- Existing customers can continue to use Product, but any types of technical support including new patch release, upgrade, etc. will not be provided from the date on.
