Organizing Samsung Cloud Platform Resources in a Hierarchy

Organization is a service that manages resources in a hierarchy by grouping projects within an account into different levels. This enables resource access control specified by organization units. Using this service, users can manage resource usage of projects nested within an organization and optimize costs.

Overview

Hierarchical Project Management
Users can invite projects created within an organization to the organization and group them into organization units for hierarchical governance. This allows tracking Samsung Cloud Platform usage and charges accrued by all projects nested in an organization.
Organization Unit Governance
Users may configure access control policies where needed, and apply at the organization units. Policies applied at the organization units apply to all nested projects under the organization.
Optimizing Resource Costs
The management project within an organization allows monitoring over resource usage of all projects created within an organization and enhances cost optimization through consolidated billing.
