Samsung SDS is proud to announce that for the second year in a row, it has been ranked No. 1 in its industry on the "World's Most Trustworthy Companies" list published by Newsweek, an American news magazine.
The survey was conducted among publicly traded companies with revenues of $500 million or more in more than 20 countries around the world, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Japan. A total of 1,000 companies from 23 industries, including finance, consumer products, consumer electronics, and healthcare, were recognized as "Trusted Companies. In the Software & Telecommunications category, which includes Samsung SDS, 48 companies were selected, including global companies such as SAP and Microsoft.
Newsweek determines the ranking by evaluating the trust that companies receive from customers, investors, and employees through various surveys, and further analyzes the trustworthiness of each company through "social listening," which analyzes keywords mentioned in various online media.
Samsung SDS believes that its achievements in digital business innovation, improving customer information privacy and service quality, building a transparent corporate culture, and promoting ESG management for sustainable growth have led to a positive external credibility rating.
