Annually, Workday releases two major updates and Nexprime HCM releases one major update. These updates enable customers to enjoy the latest features and technologies without the concerns over aging system.

  • In addition to global best practices and standard features, Workday supports customization space where users can independently configure. Also, users can customize applications, processes, and integration via flexible configuration. Workday offers a platform for extended development (Extend), enabling customers to separately develop their features or processes in the same environment as that of Workday's default technology structure.
    Nexprime HCM offers various calculation formulas and options for customers to manage payroll and T&A systems that can often be complicated. Especially, users can apply the complicated calculation formulas with ease in a similar way to that of Excel without having to develop separate programs.

  • A. Workday provides core HR features, such as HR, organization, assessment, and talent management, which can be globally applied, while Nexprime HCM delivers features like payroll and T&A, which need to be localized due to country-specific regulations. Using both solutions allows customers to enjoy all key features for HR management.

  • A. Depending on customers' situations, Workday, Nexprime HCM Payroll, and Nexprime HCM T&A can be independently adopted. Sales units of Workday are divided into Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Global Payroll Connector(GPC), and Core HCM and GPC must be included for adoption.

  • A. Companies not adopting Workday solutions can also use Nexprime HCM solutions. We offer dedicated connectors to connect Nexprime HCM seamlessly with Workday solutions and the standard REST API required to integrate HR data from various HR systems.

  • A. Nexprime HCM solution offers payroll management and time and attendance management features. Those two are optimized for Nexprime HCM environments, so it is recommended to introduce both of them. However, it is possible to adopt only necessary solutions suited to each business circumstance.

  • A. Nexprime HCM Payroll provides a retroactive feature based on personnel transfer and salary/absence information updates. If salary confirmation is delayed due to late salary negotiation, a retroactive payment can be made by designating the corresponding period.

  • A. Changes in policies such as tax laws or insurance premium rates are automatically reflected in the system and informed to users, helping them perform payroll and settlement processes efficiently.

  • A. Users can proceed with payroll processing simultaneously upon their authority (corporation, division, office, etc.), thereby increasing work efficiency.

  • A. Nexprime HCM solution is available to companies regardless of whether they use Workday or not. Nexprime HCM provides a dedicated connector for a seamless integration with Workday solution and supports standard REST APIs necessary for connecting HR information from various HR systems.

  • A. Nexprime HCM solution offers payroll management and T&A management functionalities. These two features are fully optimized in Nexprime HCM solution. Therefore, we recommend adopting both of them. However, it is also possible to choose a necessary feature among them, depending on company's situation.
